Our Story
Poop Scoop Millionaire™ was born out of a simple idea — that even the dirtiest jobs can build real freedom when done right. In 2020, during the height of the pandemic, founders William Milliken and Levi Swartz started Swoop Scoop® in Spokane Valley, WA with just $1,200 and a vision to turn a small, overlooked service into something bigger.
What began as two friends scooping yards quickly grew into a multi-million-dollar company serving thousands of customers across multiple locations in the Pacific Northwest. Along the way, they learned the systems, marketing, and operations that could turn any pooper scooper into a full-scale business.
